Your subscription lives on your Apple Account, not on your phone — so first check you are signed in with the account that paid, then open the app’s Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Plus comes back on its own; nothing to re-buy.

Apple holds that switch, not us: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unsorry. Flip renewal off at least 24 hours before the renewal date and the next charge never happens — Plus stays yours until the period you paid for runs out. During a free trial, cancelling before it ends means no charge at all, ever.

Each day’s line is scheduled to flip at midnight, your local time — but iOS chooses the exact minute it redraws widgets and rations every app’s refreshes, so a widget can trail by a little while. Opening the app nudges it immediately. Stuck a whole day? Remove the widget and place it again.

That is deliberate. A long affirmation cannot fit a 170 pt widget without shrinking the type past legibility — so instead of truncating it, the small surface gets a short affirmation from the same theme of the day, picked deterministically. The main screen, the large widget and the share image always show the full affirmation of the day.

Three switches decide it, so walk them in order: the toggle inside the app’s own Settings; then iOS Settings → Notifications → Unsorry, where “Allow Notifications” must be on; then whatever Focus mode or scheduled summary might be quietly holding deliveries back. One more thing — the notification is scheduled on your phone, by the app itself, so open the app at least once after any iOS update to let it re-arm.

App Settings → First name. You can change it or remove it entirely: with no name, the eyebrow disappears and the notification falls back to a neutral title. The name is never inserted into the affirmation text, only above it.

Affirmations read in English (UK), English (US), Spanish or French — British English is offered in full, every affirmation, with British spelling. On first launch the app starts from your iPhone’s language; after that you change it in the app’s own Settings, independently of your system language. The app’s menus and reflection questions follow the language you choose, in all four languages.

The English and French versions are not machine-translated from one into the other: each is written in its own language, so a line may read slightly differently in English and in French. The Spanish and British English versions start from the English.

The board is free and entirely local: you pin affirmations, dated visions, images, words and colours to it. Images are copied into the app’s private storage, are never uploaded or analysed, and removing a tile deletes it for good. Deleting the app erases the board.

Keep “Sync my capsules with iCloud” on in the app’s Settings, on both devices, signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive turned on. Capsules show up on the other device once iCloud has carried them over; a recording downloads when you open it. Your cycle and your self-portraits do not follow: they stay on the iPhone where you created them.

Check three things: location permission (iOS Settings › the app › Location, set to “While Using the App”); the app’s notifications; and the “Not before” date if you picked one — until then the capsule stays closed even on the spot. iOS itself watches for your arrival within the radius you chose (from 100 m to 2 km). If the notification did not come, open the app once you are there: it checks your location and opens the capsule if you are inside the radius.

The app does not read your calendar: a Calendar capsule keeps the name and time you typed when you sealed it, and opens just before that time. If the appointment moves, the capsule does not know.

Cycle tracking is optional: app Settings › My cycle. You enter the first day of your last period and your cycle length, or tap “Use Apple Health” to let the app read them — read-only. If nothing comes through, check in the Health app that the app is allowed to read cycle tracking. “Turn off” erases your dates. Your cycle stays on this iPhone: never in iCloud, never in a notification, never in the stats.

There is no export button: everything you create stays on your iPhone and, for capsules, in your iCloud. To erase everything, delete the capsules you do not want to keep from within the app (they disappear from iCloud too), then delete the app. Anything left in iCloud Drive is erased from iOS Settings › your name › iCloud, under storage management. Everything you use daily, yes: all 402 affirmations ship inside the app, so the affirmation of the day, the rituals, capsules, the board, the practices, widgets and notifications need no network at all. The network is only used to fetch a corpus correction, validate a purchase, load the subscription screen’s layout, send usage stats if you turned them on — and, on Apple’s side, to sync your capsules with iCloud and to look up a place. The subscription screen is the only one that needs the network: if it cannot load, it says so and offers to retry.

App Settings → Privacy → “Share anonymous stats”. There is nothing to turn off to begin with: the switch is off when you install the app, and while it is off nothing is sent or set aside for later. If you turned it on and changed your mind, switching it off stops sending immediately and discards the random identifier attached to it.

What goes out while it is on is a closed list of event names and technical labels — never your first name, never your words, never your capsules, and never anything about your cycle. The full detail is in the privacy policy, under “Usage stats”.
